These items could be <br />accomplished with a minimum amount of additional detailed study or <br />evaluations. <br /> <br />The President's recommended budget contained no funds for the <br />Dolores pro~ect. It is recommended that the Governor and the members <br />of Colorado s congressional delegation be requested to support a <br />construction write-inn appropriation of not less than $850,000 for <br />F.Y. 1977. <br /> <br />FLS:nnn <br /> <br />-6- <br />
