PhUip Cabibl. <br /> <br />" <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES, <br /> <br />Pr~Bident Nichols declared a quorum present, and opened the meeting by asking if there <br />were any corrections or alterations to the Minutes of the October 17, 1968 meeting as <br />dis'tributed. Wagner moved. seconded by Purvis that the Minutes be approved as dis- <br />tri~uted. Motion unanimously carried. <br /> <br />TREASURER'S REPORT: <br /> <br />Treasurer Shoun read the Financial Statement for the period October 17, 1968 - Novem- <br />ber 21. 1968, in detail. and moved that the Treasurer's Report be approved and the bills <br />paid, Young seconded, and unanimously carried. <br /> <br />QUARTERLY FINANCIAL STATEMENT: <br /> <br />Treasurer Shoun read the Quarterly Financial Statement prepared by the Firm of <br />Mc',Dona1d, Halbig, and Associates, CPA, covering the third quarter of 1968. He ident- <br />ified a comparative statement prepared by the Staff of the Southeastern Colorado Water <br />Conservancy District. Shoun then moved, seconded by Cirull. that the Quarterly State- <br />me'rt be approved. Motion unanimously carried. <br /> <br />WEATHER MODIFICATION PROJECT REPORT: <br /> <br />Pr~sident J.
