Second, this Connnittee set up at its last session in
Denver a subconnnittee, of which Judge Howell of Ogden, Utah,is
Chairman, to prepare for the hearings before Congressional com-
mittees on the McCarran Resolution and on the Hinshaw Bill.
There have been some substantial developments with respect to
the McCarran Resolution which must be taken up at this meeting
. in order to make definite arrangements for the work of the
connnittee in ~ashi~
