Municipal and domestic lacilities require enormous investments. and the <br /> <br />municipalities which will derive the~r water by said means are entitled to the same <br /> <br />assurance that the Fryingpan-Arkansas Project had when 1\ initiated the Fryingpan. <br /> <br />Arkansas Project;: namely, once the CacUity is built. its minimum proportionate sup. <br /> <br />ply oC water is assured. subject only to annual variations in Project water supply. Any <br /> <br />allocation Cor municipal or irrigation uses must be based on a percentage oC the total <br /> <br />annual Fryingpan-Arkansas Project water supply. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE. IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br /> <br />A. There 1s hereby alloca.ted Cor the useCul lile of' the Project a. minimum of <br /> <br />51'0 of the annual Project water supply to municipal and domestic use. <br /> <br />B.
