No <br />information or analyses will be required on the part of the <br /> <br />Contractor. <br /> <br />Task 13 - Report Preparation <br /> <br />A final report will be prepared summarizing all of the work <br /> <br /> <br />accomplished during the study. The final report will present the <br /> <br />basic project data, results of all studies conducted, comparison <br /> <br />of project alternative arrangements, a description and <br /> <br />preliminary layout of the selected project(s), construction cost <br /> <br />estimates and schedule, and conclusions. The final report shall <br /> <br />include such maps, drawings, charts, tables, graphs, and displays <br /> <br />as are reasonably necessary to adequately present the information <br /> <br />and results developed during the study. <br /> <br />The State will provide the Contractor with an outline for <br /> <br /> <br />the final report by November 19, 19B2. In preparing the final <br /> <br />report, the Contractor will utilize the Planning Report Standards <br />and Guidelines for S.B. 439 studies dated August 19B2. <br /> <br />The draft f.inal report shall be submitted to the State no <br /> <br />later than January 14, 1983. The State will review the report <br />and provide comments to the Contractor by March 1, 19B3. The <br /> <br />Contractor will make any necessary revisions in response to the <br /> <br />. <br />State's comments and submit one camera-ready copy of the final <br /> <br />report no later than March 18, 1983. <br /> <br />W8G:dm <br />
