The projects to be expanded and developed in the future and the <br /> <br /> <br />target levels of demand were established by the Authority in consultation with the DWB and the <br /> <br />CRWCD. Specific projects included in Moderate and High Future-Level Use Scenarios are as <br /> <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />Moderate-Future Scenario <br /> <br />All of those projects under the Existing-Use Scenario were utilized plus: <br /> <br />o Homestake Project (Phase II) <br /> <br /> <br />o Ruedi Reservoir Marketing (partial use) <br /> <br />o Rock Creek Reservoir <br /> <br /> <br />o Indian Creek Reservoir <br /> <br />Hiah-Future Scenario <br /> <br /> <br />All of the projects included in the Existing-Use and Moderate Future-Use Scenarios <br /> <br />were utilized plus: <br /> <br /> <br />o Eagle-Arkansas <br /> <br />o Continental-Hoosier <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Pueblo/Eagle <br /> <br />Ruedl Reservoir Marketing (full use) <br /> <br />West Divide Project <br /> <br />Red Ciiff Project <br /> <br /> <br />Oil Shale Projects (above that available from Ruedi and <br /> <br /> <br />Green Mountain Reservoirs) <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Although not specifically identified by individual towns or ski area, the high projected <br /> <br />demand of the Upper Fraser River. Upper Blue River, and the Eagle River areas were considered. It <br /> <br />was felt that Green Mountain water sales, Indian Creek Reservoir, and Rock Creek Reservoir would <br /> <br />accommodate the needs of these areas. It should be recognized that this Study was focused on the <br /> <br />entire basin and was not intended to cover site-specific water suppiy problems or demand <br /> <br /> <br />projections. <br /> <br />3.11 <br />
