Statement: Investigation of this subject will be made as <br />follows: <br /> <br />(1) A brief resume of geology of the area will be prepared, <br />complete with maps and will include statements. <br /> <br />(a) Showing relationship of minsral resources and geology, <br />and with all forms of human developments. <br /> <br />(b) Need for geologic data as the busis of understanding <br />all problems of hydrology, soil erosion, minerals, sedimentation, soils, <br />etc. <br /> <br />(c) Discussion concerning present status of geologic <br /> <br />knowledge. <br /> <br />(d) Plan for completing geologic knowledge as related to <br />basin development. <br /> <br />(2) A study will be made of the mineral resources of the area <br />composing the three basins for the purpose of ascertaining the location <br />and potential importance of the mineral resources of the area. <br /> <br />(a) A mineral mall will be llrellared showing .the location <br />of the various mineral resources. <br /> <br />(b) Descriptive data accompanying the map will be pre- <br />pared giving specific information concerning the deposits and their <br />potential. (Detailed county by county mineral potential survey in- <br />cluded as time permits). <br /> <br />(c) <br />made at particular <br />agencies. <br /> <br />Special mineral industry potential surveys will be <br />points as requested by the several construction <br /> <br />(d) Plan for providing adequate knowledge on minerals. <br /> <br />b.
