Realistically anticipating that it may be a number of years

before the Dallas Creek Project is constructed, the Tri-County Water Conser-

vancy District has planned to construct it's domestic water system in advance

of the construction of the Dallas Creek Project, The need for the domestic water

system is a presently pressing problem and cannot be delayed, At the same

time it is planned that the domestic water system as presently planned to be

constructed will be integrated with and be an intrigal part of the Dallas Creek

Project.
