There IS hereby authorized ro be appropriated for con- <br />struction of the Narrows unit as fluthorized in this Act the sum of <br />$6B,050,OOO (based upon Janunry 1969 prices), plus or minus such <br />UJIlounts, if any, as may be justified by renson of ordinary fluctuations <br />in construction costs as indicllted by engineering costs indexes <br />applicable to the types of construction involved herein.
