Delivery of state water would be <br />-made at~itate. gatesonthecanal- at either Timpas Creek o-r-- <br />Crooked Arroyo. The ditch rider would set the state gates <br />according to the proper number of shares, the same as for any <br />other shareholder, and therefore would not injure other Catlin <br />shareholders. When the Catlin is diverting water at rates <br />equal to or less than 248 cfs, the state will take credit water <br />at a gate to be constructed on Crooked Arroyo; when the Catlin <br />is diverting at rates greater than 248 cfs, the state will take <br />credit water at a gate to be constructed on Timpas Creek. <br />winter credit water will be ieft in the Arkansas River.
