That is, should they be limited to amounts which would !!Q1 simply <br />increase excess flows in the Uncompahgre River? Or should this limitation be <br />imposed if and only to the extent that flows in the Black Canyon are below the <br />target level? <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />II. Should flows in the reach between the Redlands headgate and the confluence <br />with the Colorado River ever exceed the endangered fish targets, when junior <br />rights within the basin are unsatisfied (Le. forced to rely upon augmentation or <br />contract releases)? <br /> <br />12. It seems that Dallas/Dolores mitigation releases would also serve to support <br />endangered species flows below Redlands. Shouldn't the mitigation release <br />thus be made before the endangered species release? <br /> <br />13.
