L]. <br /> <br />(" <br />_,oJ <br /> <br />, .. <br /> <br />The Commission shall meet in Santa Fe, New Mexic~on <br />the third Thursday of February of each year for the consid- <br />eration and adoption of the annual report for the calendar <br />year preceding, and for the transaction of any other <br />business consistent with its authority; provided that the <br />Commission may agree to meet elsewhere. Other meetings as <br />may be deemed necessary shall be held at any time and place <br />set by mutual agreement, for the consideration of data <br />collected and for the transaction of any business consis- <br />tent with its authority. <br /> <br />No action of the Commission shall be effective until <br />approved by the Commissioner from each of the three <br />signatory States. <br /> <br />:~ , <br />~ '"' <br /> <br />(Signed) M.
