Ooeration, Maintenance. and Replacement The participant is responsible for the annual operation and maintenance, as well as replacement of installed practices. These costs are ,estimated to be about $73,300 annually. The participants are responsible for all replacement costs. The expected useful life for the appurtenant structures is 15 years. All other enduring practices have an expected life of 25 years or more. 47
