The sponsors will obtain agreements with .landowners or <br />operators to operate and maintain the land treatment <br />practices for the protection and improvement of the <br />watershed. <br /> <br />5. The sponsors and NRCS will each bear the cost of <br />project administration that each incurs, estimated to be <br />$30,000 and $172,000, respectively. <br /> <br />6.
