<br />Coordinated annual river trip (on Yampa River). <br /> <br />Monitored and tracked spending and activities under National Fish <br />and Wildlife Foundation Section 7 account. <br /> <br />Organized and facilitated meetings on nonnative fish stocking <br />procedures. <br /> <br />Represented the Service on the Information and Education Committee. <br />Provided technical review for the Recovery Program Newsletter and <br />numerous news releases, <br /> <br />Participated in Water Acquisition and Biology committee meetings. <br /> <br />Represented the Service in working with the Bureau of Reclamation <br />and Colorado Water Conservation Board to release an additional <br />10,000 acre-feet of water from Ruedi Reservoir for protection of the <br />endangered fish habitat in the 15-mile reach of the Colorado River. <br /> <br />Participated in development of a process for appropriating <br />"modifiable" instream flow rights for the endangered fishes in <br />Colorado, <br /> <br />Assisted in developing and finalizing an enforcement agreement to <br />assure protection of instream flow rights for the endangered fishes <br />in Colorado. <br /> <br />Tracked depletion charge payments and accounts, notified field <br />offices and project proponents of FY 94 depletion charge increase. <br /> <br />B.
