Desired <br />Wi thin the Area. <br /> <br />(3) Summary of Resources of' the Area and Potential <br />Development Based on the Resources. <br /> <br />(4) Summary'of Policy Assumptions Underlying AWRBIAC <br />Reoommendations. <br /> <br />(5) Description of.the Plan - The Plan should be de- <br />soribed here with proper' balanoe and perspeotive <br />to show its over-all objectives, long-range pro- <br />grams to meet those objeotives, and integrated <br />nature of all its parts. To this end, there should <br />be a disoussion of the plan according to appro- <br />priate geographio subdivisions, such as states, <br />watersheds, or physiographic areas, as well as by <br />major purposes.
