Instream Flow Program - Snowmass Creek Water Right Modification (2:45 - 3: 15) <br />The Board will consider additional comments regarding a modification of its instream flow water <br />right on Snowmass Creek (Case No. 5-76CW2943) and establish the procedure to be followed, <br /> <br />9, Instream Flow Program - Proposed Statutory Amendment (3: 15 - 3:45) <br />The Board will consider potential statutory amendments 10 the statutes governing the State's <br />instream flow program, including issues related to the Snowmass Creek filing of the Colorado <br />Supreme Coun, <br /> <br />10, Instream Flow Program - Statements of Opposition (3:45 - 4:00) <br />The Board will be asked to ratify the statements of opposition which have been filed by the staff <br />to protect instream flow water rights on the streams listed below. <br /> <br />a. Case No, 1-95CWI58; Greenwood Metropolitan District (Little Dry Creek) <br />b. Case No. 4-95CW099; River Green Properties (Slate River) <br />c. Case No. 5-95CW133; Upper Yarnpa Water Conservancy District (Bear River) <br />e, Case No. 6-95CW079; Upper Yarnpa Water Conservancy District (Bear River) <br /> <br />I L Instrearn Flow Program - Authorization to Proceed to Trial (4:00 - 4: 15) <br />The Board will be asked to authorize staff to proceed to trial in the following case or to settle the <br />case in accordance with the tenns and conditions outlined in the memorandum, <br /> <br />a, Case No. 5-93CW326; Town of Gypsum (Gypsum Creek) <br />b, Case No, 7-94CW071; Lynd (Piedra River) <br /> <br />12, Instream Flow Program - Final Notice (4:15 - 4:45) <br />The staff will present the final notice on the fol/owing streams.
