The inflow to
Taylor Park Reservoir was reduced by an equivalent amount.

5) The pumping rate from Taylor Park to Union Park Reservoir was
set at 1,000 cfs.

6) The flow from Lottis Creek was added to the divertable flow
obtained by using the above assumptions. The Lottis Creek flows
were obtained by proportioning the flows in Item 1 above by a ratio
of the respective drainage area.

7) Instream flow requirements for Lottis Creek were satisfied at
Union Park Reservoir.

-33-
