I'm of the opinion if we can't or don't sustain our natural resources we woo't be able to <br />sustain our civilization. I helieve this process is a step towards the sustainability of not only our natural <br />resources but of our local and regional economies as well, These negotiations represent every segment <br />of our community. it is my hope that we see the river in common!
