interrelationships of the proposed contract and the Aspinall Unit's operations with other existing and
proposed water projects in the Gunnison Basin including the Uncompahgre, Redlands, Paonia, Smith
Fork, Dallas Creek, Bostwick Park, Fruitgrowers, Rocky Point, Union Park, and Dominguez projects.
As with the AB uteraI Project, the wording of each alternative for contract language and the E1S
analysis of those alternatives sbould be explicit about the effect of the contract on these projects and
vice versa.

8 of the April 1992 Public Information Packet are:
--regulating the flow of the Colorado River
--storing water for beneficial uses
--allowing the Upper Basin stales to utilize the apportionment made to and among them
through the Colorado River Compact and the Upper Colorado River Basin Compact
--reclamation of arid and semi-arid lands
--providing for flood control
--providing for fish and wildlife enhancement and for public recreation
--improving water quality
--providing for the generation of hydropower

contract should be described in clear detail including their relative priority and intensity of
conflict.
