Develop appropri ate methodo] ogies for <br />quantification of \'o6ter uses and water <br />requirements when such methudologies do not now <br />exist. Working Wlth lnstream Flow Group on <br />instream flow need methodologies, foster the <br />development of new or improved metllodologies for <br />quantification of instream flows and groundwater <br />levels for general ecosystem maintenance and <br />res 00 rce pr otect i on. <br />
