Ttle Committee wi 11 encourage and provide a <br />forum for water rights aiscuSSlons among the several Federal <br />agencies, and bet~.een these agencies and tile various States. <br /> <br />In aCllieving these goals, the Canmittee (and the Federal agencies) <br /> <br /> <br />will be guided by the follol,ing objectlves and proposed actions. <br /> <br />OBJECT! VES <br /> <br />A. Identify new and potential policy issues and procedural problems <br />a,s seen fran both the Federal and State perspective and seek <br />early resolution. <br />
