<br />The households within the boundaries of

<br />the Greetville-Carbondale Water Association, Inc.

<br />obtain water from individual wells when water is

<br />available.
<br />
<br />The water-level has dropped in all of
<br />
<br />the individual wells sufficiently to cause most of
<br />
<br />the households to have water hauled for domestic
<br />
<br />purposes.
<br />
<br />The proposed water distribution and
<br />
<br />storage facilities utilizing potable water supplied
<br />
<br />by the City of Trinidad for distributing water to
<br />
<br />the households in the Association would consist of
<br />
<br />approximately the following major items:
