<br />Enclosed is the feasibility report for the proposed
<br />
<br />water distribution system for providing the Greetville-
<br />
<br />Carbondale Water Association, Inc. members with potable
<br />
<br />domestic water. The report has been prepared in the
<br />
<br />manner prescribed to in the "Guidelines" written and
<br />
<br />distributed by the Colorado Water Conservation Board.
<br />
<br />The report contains a resolution by the Board for
<br />
<br />the Greetville-Carbondale Water Association, Inc.;
<br />
<br />reports of interested Federal, State, County and City
<br />
<br />Agencies, general information of the proposed project
<br />
<br />site; information concerning the formation, power and
<br />
<br />authority of the Greetville, Carbondale Water Assoc-
<br />
<br />iation, Inc.; land classification and use within the
<br />
<br />boundaries of the Association; and the expected and
<br />
<br />projected Association requirements for domestic water
<br />
<br />along with the availability of water, water rights,
<br />
<br />expected conditions that will result from the utiliz-
<br />
<br />at ion of the water: and the quality of the water
<br />
<br />supply.
