Aerial topographic survey - August 1968. The report on the

September 1966 resurvey (previous report) indicated in paragraphs 41j

and 42h, the necessity for topographic data. .As pointed out the areas

computed by the Constant Factor ~!ethod tended to be erratic. Aerial

topography of the reservoir area below elevation 3,R55.0 feet was obtained

at a scale 1" = 400' and 5 feet contour intervals in August 1968 in con-

junction with a boundary survey.

21. Range lines were plotted on the topographic maps and areas

hetween ranges were planimetered. The area-capacity data for August 1968

Nas computed from these data to elevation 3,855.0 feet. Results were

later incorporated in the calculations for the ~larch 1972 area-capacity

table. Oata obtained from the topographic survey were presented on the

Sediment Oata SlD1Imary, ENG Form 1787, dated February 1969 and on the area-

capacity table adopted 1 January 1969. No formal report was issued.

RESULTS OF SURVEYS AND SAMPLING

22. Reservoir resurvey. The results of the 1972 resurvey are presented

on the Sediment Data Summary, ENG Form 1787, which is presented as table 3

of this report. The 1972 area-capacity is presented.in tabular form on

table 4 and in graphic form on plate 4.

10
