S. Water Conservation Laboratory in the Salt River Valley is a potent <br />water-saving research factor from which irrigators avidly draw advanced manage- <br />ment practices. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Arizona is indeed intensely aware of water conservation as an economic <br />necessity. But no matter how extensively conservation is practiced now or in <br />the future, the State's true water deficiency can never be eliminated except by <br />the acquisition of additional new water from some source that is not presently <br />available. <br />
