<br />lGal <br /> <br />Reclamation's participation is acknowledged during the <br />interview} : <br /> <br />c. In all pUblications and news released, produced <br />during the term of the agreement: and <br /> <br />d. If practical, on the selected farm units selected by <br />NRCS for the demonstration. <br /> <br />4. Comply with all local laws, ordinances, and building codes in <br />pursuing the work under this Agreement. <br /> <br />Reclamation will: <br /> <br />1. Contribute funds and in-kind services ir. an amount described <br />in section F. of the agreement. <br /> <br />2. Provide a Technical program Coordinator to oversee the <br />progress of the project, to act as a liaison with NRCS toward the <br />success of this project, and to serve on project review teams as <br />desired by both NRCS and Reclamation. <br /> <br />3. Provide an Environmental Specialist to work with NRCS during <br />th~ development of the farm units to help minimize any potential <br />impacts of the project. <br /> <br />The District and Reclamation will: <br /> <br />1. Establish a Technical Coordination Team in cooporation with <br />NRCS to assure that study results are collected and formatted so <br />as to facilitate the exchange of knowledge with other areas with <br />similar problems with conservation and erosion. The team will <br />meet at least annually to coordinate and approve work plans for <br />the current year based on funding appropriations from both <br />parties to be incorporated as a modification of the agreement. <br />The team will also review and complete actual prior year work <br />accomplishments of the programs carried out under the agreement. <br />The team will include the Eastern Colorado Area Office's <br />Technical Representative and at least two representatives from <br />NRCS and one representative from-the Colorado Cooperative <br />Extension Office. The team will meet and confer as necessary to <br />resolve any differences with respect to the scope of work and <br />implementation of this agreement. <br /> <br />2. Comply with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) <br />requirements in performing all work. . <br /> <br />6 <br />
