The producers were asked to, identify specific technical <br />barriers and problems that prevent 'them from achieving a <br />higher level of water management and conservation. They <br />were also asked to identify any opportunities as a part of the <br />question. . <br /> <br />2. The producers were asked to identify the Best Management <br />Practices that they thought would ~e most beneficial in <br />achieving a higher level. of water management and <br />conservation. <br /> <br />3. These same producers were asked to identify any specific <br />administrative/program/financial barriers that prevent them from <br />moving forward with system improvements and improved water <br />conservation practices that would lead to a higher level of water <br />management and conservation. As a part of this they were asked <br />to propose a program or project that could be implemented over <br />the next 2-3 years that would serve their needs. <br /> <br />,. <br /> <br />3 <br />
