What would <br />the impact of such a call be? <br />Response: The only water users who would have been subject to such a call are the same users <br />that would benefit from the Agreement. Reclamation has committed to allow these users up to <br />60,000 acre-feet of depletion and a call would have been contrary to this commitment. Also <br />Reclamation has been confident that the amount of depletion has been less than 60,000 acre-feet <br />in the past. <br /> <br />12 <br />
