Certain other allocated costs are reimbursable

by the direct beneficiaries--some are reimbursable without interest

while others are interest-bearing.

For the Narrows Unit, all costs allocated to flood COntrol

and to road relocation are nonreimbursable. All allocated joint

costs (such as dam and reservoir costs allocated to the purpose)

and one-half' of the separable costs (such as lands and buildings

specifically for the particular purpose) for fish and wiJ.dlife

and for recreatiOn are likewise nonreimbursable.

All costs allocated to irrigation are reimbursable without

interest. One-half' of the separable costs and associated interest

during construction allocated to fish and wildlife and to

recreation is reimbursable with interest.

The next tabulation presents reimbursable and nonreimbursable

costs allocated to the appropriate project purpose. It should be

understood that "reimbursable annual OM&R" for fish-wildlife and

recreation really means that those costs will be incurred by and

will be 'the responsibility of the agency operating the lands,

facilities, and water surface for fish-wildlife and recreation

(probably the Colorado Department of Game) Fish and Parks).

16
