Extensive contract terms have been proposed for
Ruedi Water sales to provide a reliable source
of water to users ready and able to use the
resource in a timely manner. With the signing
of a contract, there will be up-front and
standby payments that represent a substantial
percent of the total monetary request wh i ch will
deter the banking of water.

Contract conditions will put forth provisions
for the. standby use of water and requirements
for timely use of water. Again, we reiterate
that there is an up front expenditure with the
signing of a water contract.
