In addition, the endangered <br />species were extensively dealt with in the <br />Biological Opinion issued by the FWS on June IS, <br />1987. Accord i ng to surveys conducted by Nehri ng <br />and Anderson (1981, 1982) and personal com- <br />munication with Robert Behnke, nearly pure <br />Colorado River cutthroat trout have been <br />collected in the Fryingpan River.
