A number of agencies did not <br />measure or maintain accurate records of their use throughout <br />this l3-year period. In recent years the records were found to <br />be much more reliable. In detennining the "present day raw <br /> <br /> <br />water requirement", the present population being served by the <br /> <br /> <br />water supply agencies was assumed to have existed in the study <br /> <br /> <br />period, 1952 through 1957. <br /> <br />27 <br />
