Copies of the minutes are also available upon request from the <br />Administrmion office in Lamar. <br /> <br />The Engineering Committee report of its December 2, 1987, meeting was published in the <br />1987 Annual Report. The minutes of the December 8, 1987, annual meeting contain a <br />record of both the Engineering and Operations Committees' discussions. <br /> <br />5, FISCAL <br /> <br />The Administration's Fiscal Year(FY) runs from July ItoJune 30. The fiscal affairs of the <br />Administration for compact year 1988 involve ponions of the Administration's FY 1987- <br />88 and FY 1988-89. The Treasurer reported on the finilncial status of the Administration <br />for [he relevant portions of those fisciJl years at the annual meetings held on December <br />8,1987 and December 13,1988. Appendices A.I, A-2. und A-3 contain the documents <br />submilled by lhe Treasurer during rhose reporls. <br /> <br />At the December 8, 1987 annual meeting a budget for FY 1989-90 was adopted with <br />iJnlicipated expenses of $37,400. In addilion, the previously adopted FY 1987-88 budget <br />was revised to reflect anticipated expenditures through June 30, 1988 of $36,490; and the <br />previously adopted FY 1988-89 budget was revised to reflect anticipated expenses of <br />$38.395. Also at that meeting the Auditors Report for FY 1986-87 was accepted as <br />submitted. The Trcasurerrepor(ed thaI (he Administfarion hiJd acash balance of$66,85.J. 77 <br />as of December I. 1987. <br /> <br />As of June 30. 1988 [he Administration had a cash balance of $51 ,294.
