Con~olidated Section III account ran out of water on July 26. 1988. All Section III
operations after July 26 were within the Amity account.

Kansas called for releases from its account of 93.385.37 acre-feet in compact year 1988.

deliveries of Kansas Account water to the ~tatcl ine. By annual agreement between the states
the ~tateline now attributed to Kansas demands for releases from John Martin Reservoir is
calculated using a rundown period (0 account for the tr<tnsi[ time between John Martin
Reservoir and the stateline. To determine whether the requested delivery has been met. the
states further agree that no part of the daily sta.tcline now exceeding 10590 of Kansas'
