Fo~ the most part, flow properties at the downstream stations <br />are fairly well p~eserved. Some adjustments to the flows and qualities, <br />however, we~e found to be necessa~y to keep the generated values within <br />reasonable bounds. At this time, it is felt that many of the flawstn <br />the gene~ation app~oach have been identified and once co~~ected will <br />eliminate the need for these adjustments.
