<br />-...., <br /> <br />- <br />C") <br />l') <br />~ <br /> <br />In accordance with the Articles of Organization and Procedure, problems <br />and business of AWRBIAC, either technical or general in nature, which <br />requires continuing but more detailed consideration then can be given by <br />the AWR Committee as a whole, are referred to appropriate standing <br />committees. Active Standing Committees are the Stsnding Committees on <br />Comprehensive Planning, Exchange of Program Information, and <br />Environmental Resources. The overall functional charges to these <br />committees are listed in Appendix I. <br /> <br />Ad hoc Committees may be appointed on a short-term basis to deal with <br />special transitory technical and policy problems. An Ad hoc Committee on <br />the 1975 Assessment was formed at the April 1972 meeting and was composed <br />of members from each federal and state agency. The Ad hoc Committee on <br />the 1975 Assessment was given standing committee status as the <br />Comprehensive Planning Committee in anticipation of continuing activity. <br /> <br />2 <br />
