air, clouds, and sky fonn an inspirational setting,
Evidence of modern man's activitie.... is now or can be made substantially unnotice-
able. There arc now about 1 f)() mile:-: of trails, These will be maintained and expanded
a:o necessary to manage human U:oC. FOllr ....pedal ll:Ot.' permit:o cover minor ~tructures.
but thc....e are all ~cheduled for remO\'aJ. Four-wheel drin} \'chicles have invaded the
area to a limited extent in :-:everal place...., but thc....e route.... will be blockl'd and no fur-
ther use will be allowed.
The rcsourcc:o and incentives for informal outdoor education and for ....cientific study
are plentiful.
