April-July runoff volumes generally totaled <br />40 to 50 percent of normal. The <br />North Platte Project ran low on storage ownership and the Bureau <br />allocated the remaining water supply during the latter part of the <br />irrigation season. Special I-year drought contracts made water available <br />from Glendo Unit storage for use in Wyoming and Nebraska.
