<br />This is the twenty-sixth annual report for the Western
<br />Division System of the Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin Program.
<br />Its purpose is to inform interested parties of the coordi-
<br />nated operation of the system. The report has two main
<br />parts - one which describes the actual operation of the
<br />system for Water Year 1977 and the other which presents
<br />the plan of operation for Water Year 1978.
<br />
<br />An updated report on the system, "Water Supply and Utilization,"
<br />is also issued each month from February through October.
