It is the sum of: 1) Colorado River water measured <br />at the northerly international bcnm:lary, 2) drainage waters measured at the southerly :interna- <br />tional boun:lary near San lllis, Arizona, and 3) Wellton-Md1awk drainage waters measured at the <br />southerly :international boun:lary. It is the sum of Columns (1) + (5). <br />Arizona's Wellton-M::lhawk District drainage water. '!his water is descharged to the Santa Clara <br />slough in Mexi= via a =ncrete lined canal. <br />Excess arrivals other than We11ton-Mohawk drainage. It is the sum of: 1) a delivery of about <br />5,000 a.f. per year to ensure that Mexi= receives what is scheduled, 2) releases fran ParKer <br />Dam which are not used due to unexpected rainfall in the Palo Verde, Coachella, rnperial, and <br />YUIl'a areas, 3) =ntrolled flcxxl releases on the Gila and Colorado River, and 4) local runoff. <br />SUm of Columns (3) and (4). <br />Onm1l.ation of CoIUllU1 (5). <br /> <br />. <br />
