Opinions obtained are to be used in considering flood plain <br />zoning as an alternate possible solution for flood control in some areas. <br /> <br />8. Surveys. <br /> <br />a. The surveys previously reported in progress and completed <br />in June are: <br /> <br />(1) Arkansas Riwr main stem, Pueblo to John Martin Reser- <br />voir, for firming-up flood-control needs. <br />
