Agency reviews <br />will include a NEPA policy review by <br />Reclamation and cDntsnt review by all <br />involved agencies. BDth types ofintemal <br />reviews are anticipated to occur concurrently. <br /> <br />. Reclamation - As lead agency, <br />Reclamation haB responsibility to <br />assure NEP A procedural and quality <br />standards within the agency. Selected <br />Btaff will be requested to provide <br />review at key points in the proceSB. <br /> <br />. The <br />target dates include release of the draft EIS to <br />the public in July 1992 and the final EIS in <br />September 1993. This schedule is intended to <br />accommodate the current dates for <br />availability of GeES PhaBe II reBearch <br />BtudieB in both the draft and final documents. <br /> <br />As previously mentioned, a Super Project <br />work flow chart haB been prepared and used <br />by the EIS team and GeES in order to assure <br />that major milestones are met. <br /> <br />11 <br />
