Relationship to RIPRAP: <br /> <br />The Floodplain Habitat Restoration Program is designed to restore or <br />enhance natural floodplain functions that support recovery of <br />endangered fishes in the upper Colorado River basin. The Program <br />includes the following RIPRAP activities: <br /> <br />-GENERAL RECOVERY PROGRAM SUPPORT ACTION PLAN <br />ACTIVITY II. RESTORE HABITAT <br />II.A.I. Conduct inventory of flooded bottomland habitat for <br />potential restoration. <br />II.A.2. Screen high-priority sites for potential <br />restoration/acquisition. Conduct programmatic NEPA compliance <br />on floodplain restoration program. <br />II.B.
