Cluster 1 (rm 23.9)

A survey was done on this cluster 6 and 7 November 1996 at flows of 383 cfs and 358 cfs,
respectively. A bed profile was done across the shallowest riffle located at transect 5 just below the
top end of the habitat cluster. This cross section had two channels, the deepest channel having a
maximum depth of 3.96 ft (Table 6). Flows would have to drop below 13 cfs for the depth in this
channel to drop below 1.0 ft.

Cluster ]2 (rm 45.5)

A survey was done on this cluster 22 October 1996 at a flow of 433 cfs. A bed profile was done
across a shallow run at transect 2 just above the bottom control riffle in the habitat cluster. This
cross section had two channels, the deepest channel having a maximum depth of 2.59 ft (Table 6).
Flows would have to drop below 23 cfs for the depth in this channel to drop below 1.0 ft.

Strata 3

Cluster 2 (rm 51.5)

A survey was done on this cluster 22 and 23 August 1996 at flows of 184 cfs and 176 cfs,
respectively. A bed profile was done across the shallowest run at transect 3 just below the top end
of the habitat cluster. The cluster was made up entirely of run habitats. The maximum channel
depth was 1.84 ft (Table 6). Flows would have to drop below 28 cfs for the depth in this channel to
drop below].O fL

Cluster 3 (rm 53.5)

A survey was done on this cluster 16 and 17 October 1996 at flows of 21 7 cfs and 215 d's.
respectively. A bed profile was done across the shallowest riffle located at transect 5 just bclow the
lOp end of the habitat cluster. The maximum channel depth was 1.31 ft (Table 6). Flows would
have to drop below 66 cfs for the depth in this channel to drop below 1.0 ft.

Cluster 4 (rm 54.0)

A survey was done on this cluster 17 and 18 October 1996 at flows of 215 cfs and 238 cfs,
respectively. A bed profile was done across the shallowest riffle located at transect I, the control. at
the bottom end of the habitat cluster. The maximum channel depth was 1.55 ft (Table 6). Flows
would have to drop below 80 cfs for the depth in this channel to drop below 10 ft.

Strata 6

Clusters 2 (rm 62.8) and 3 (rm 63.5)

42
