(Examples: <br />Framework Studies; Regional or River Basin level B Studies; <br />Subregional analyses; and others). <br /> <br />IMPLEMENTATION OF <br />PROJECTS AND <br />PROGRAMS: <br /> <br />Actual construction of authorized projects or implementation <br />of authorized programs. (Examples: P.L. 566, assistance in <br />coordination, Fish and Wildlife Research programs). <br /> <br />To obtain a true portrait of the program funding reported by each State <br /> <br />and Federal agency and included in this report, one must study the program <br /> <br /> <br />information records, which list the individual programs by State and Federal <br /> <br />agency. <br /> <br />v <br />
