Special Terms and Conditions: <br /> <br />A. The River District will provide up to 6,000 acre-feet of <br />storage water in Wolford Mountain Reservoir for release <br />to the endangered Colorado River fishes as provided <br />herein. This 6,000 acre-feet of storage capacity is <br />herein referred to as the "Fish Pool". <br /> <br />1. There are two other pools in Wolford Mountain <br />Reservoir: <br /> <br />a. The Denver Pool has a capacity of 24,000 acre- <br />feet. The Denver Pool is allocated for use by <br />Denver pursuant to the Rock Creek Reservoir <br />Lease Agreement between the River District and <br />Denver dated March 3, 1987, and the subsequent <br />amendments thereof (Agreement Amending Lease <br />Agreement effective as of July 21, 1992; July <br />19, 1993, letter agreement concerning the <br />Amended Lease Agreement; and Supplemental <br />Agreement to Agreement between the River <br />District and Denver effective as of December <br />19,1995); and the decree in Water Court Case <br />No. 91CW252. <br /> <br />b.
