San Juan, and <br />Green River basins was 110%, 130%, and 105% of average respectively. <br />The snowpack in the San Juan 1S uniformly above average while sites 1n <br />the upper Colorado mainstem and Green River basin vary from 70% to 150% <br />of average. <br /> <br />Observed streamflows for <br />to a serles of very wet <br />third weeks of January. <br /> <br />January "....ere slightly higher than <br />storms that hit the area during the <br /> <br />expected <br />second <br /> <br />due <br />and <br /> <br />Forecasts for the Green River (Fontenelle and Flaming Gorge) were <br />reduced from the January mid-month in light of below average precipitation <br />and snowpack accumulation in the Wyoming portion of the basin. The <br />precipitation and snowpack accumulation were above average In the <br />Gunnison Basin, therefore the forecast was increased from 600KAP to <br />680KAP. Porecast for Vallecito and Navajo Reservoirs in the <br />San Juan Basin were increased significantly due to uniformly above average <br />precipitation and snowfall during January. The Porecast for Lake Powell <br />was increased from 6.85MAF (85%) to 7.90HAF (98%) for the April-July <br />period. <br />
