<br />end of the year. Adams Tunnel diversions would be increased starting <br />in February in order to fill Carter Lake and Horsetooth Reservoir by <br />the end of May. Diversions thereafter would be scheduled to maintain <br />full East Slope storage and to prevent spill of Lake Granby. Lake <br />Granby would fill to capacity by the end of July and remain full at <br />the end of the year. With limited supplemental irrigation demand, <br />Colorado-Big Thompson Project storage would increase by over 210,000 <br />acre-feet. Releases from Seminoe would be increased to capacity in <br />February and Marchand then cut back to a minimum of 500 c.f.s. by <br />June. Seminoe Reservoir would fill by the end of July and contain <br />over 990,000 acre-feet at the end of the year. With full irrigation <br />delivery to all users, other operations would be similar to most <br />probable inflow conditions. North Platte Project storage ownership <br />would fill to capacity in May, allowing the Kendrick Project to gain <br />over 786,000 acre-feet of storage ownership. Combined North Platte <br />System storage would increase by over 575,000 acre-feet during the <br />season. Releases from Boysen would increase to capability starting <br />in February.. Boysen Reservoir would fill by the end of July with <br />over 180,000 acre-feet bypassing the powerp1ant. Buffalo Bill Reservoir <br />would fill by the end of May and remain full through August. Moderate <br />energy imports would be necessary only through January. No appreciable <br />import of energy would be necessary thereafter until September.
