During the research period, monitoring will be <br />accomplished by regularly scheduled and systematic <br />inventories. <br /> <br />b. Standardized methods will be used by all groups so that <br />spatial and temporal trends can be identified and <br />compared. <br /> <br />c. The San Juan River data management will be compatible <br />with that of the upper Colorado River Recovery <br />Implementation Program. <br /> <br />3.6.2.2 Recovery <br /> <br />In order to facilitate the storage and provision of data for <br />research, consultation, and recovery activities, the Service <br />(Region 2) will <br /> <br />a. Assume data management responsibilities for this <br />Implementation Program. <br /> <br />b. Coordinate monitoring responsibilities with the federal <br />agencies, states, and tribes. <br /> <br />c. Define a process for periodic review of monitoring and <br />data management activities. <br /> <br />d. Ensure that all data management activities are <br />compatible with those of Region 6 and all data are <br />available for use by that Region. <br />
